Frequently Asked Questions

Booking can be made via online booking link, contacting us through our website, emailing or calling us. Once you have made a booking you will receive an email confirmation which has a digital waiver plus our terms and conditions that you can sign on your phone or computer along with an invoice for services requested.

DRY HIRE: Payment can be made via credit card, direct transfer or cash on pick up/delivery for dry hire, an invoice will be sent at the time of booking with all the information to complete payment. 

If you need to cancel your booking we offer an easy cancelation and refunds policy. Please call at least 1 hour before pick up or delivery due and we will issue you a full refund. If you need to cancel due to bad weather, we can also offer a reschedule service also with 1 hours notice. 

Pick-up and drop off times are suited to everyone. Pick up from our premises is at 6:30 am on the day of hire and drop off any time before 6:30 pm on the finishing day of hire. 

If you are unable to tow/pick up our machines delivery is available for $55 each way for Cairns & Surrounding suburbs. Delivery times are as per pick up times. Any deliveries outside this area is fine, please contact us for rates. 

Our excavator comes on a trailer ready to tow. To pick up the machine you need a vehicle with mechanical brakes in place and the applicable towing capacity. 

No experience needed to hire our equipment.  We can show you the controls of the machinery on pick up or delivery. 

Full to Full fuel policy, meaning Excavator and Truck need to be returned full of fuel after hire. If not a $50 flat fee for the excavator will be charged and payable upon return. If the Truck is not returned full of fuel a $50 fee plus the cost of fuel to fill it up will be charged and payable upon return.
